We work hard to ensure that you won't need to use this return policy but in the event that Murphy happens to rear his head then here's what to do-

RETURN POLICY

You may return new, undamaged and unmodified items within 15 days of delivery in its original packaging for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, etc.). After 15 days and up to 30 days, a 15% restocking charge applies. We will not take any returns after 30 days of delivery.

To get the full refund of your purchase, the returned items have to be in the original, undamaged condition. When you send the item back, it is very important to pack it well to prevent damage in shipping.

It is strongly recommended to insure your shipment for the full value of the item. Lakeshore Leather is not responsible for any damages or losses that happen during shipping.

After we receive the return we will check the product condition and make the refund accordingly.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
