Terms of service for Lakeshore Leather products

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any product purchased or used from Lakeshore Leather is correctly fitted, in a good condition, and suited to perform the intended tasks.

The buyer and or user, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer assume all risks associated with any and all use of our products. Lakeshore Leather shall never be held liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the ownership, use, or misuse of our products.

Any alteration to your holster may result in an unsafe condition and is considered misuse.Your firearm could be damaged, a possible accidental discharge could occur, or personal injury and/or death could occur.

Firearms are dangerous and their use can lead to serious injury and/or death if not used, stored, carried, and maintained properly. Lakeshore Leather shall never be held liable for any incurred injury, damage, or loss resulting from possessing, using, or misusing any of our products in any form or fashion.

Firearms should be handled and used only by persons who have been properly and thoroughly trained and qualified in their use, maintenance, storage, and safekeeping.

Lakeshore Leather has no expectations in training and/or instructing in the proper and safe use of firearms and associated equipment. This responsibility lies solely on the buyer/user.

Please note - Leather is a natural material and sometimes slightly inconsistent. (Remember, it used to be attached to a cow!) We always use the finest leather available and the consistency is unsurpassed.

The differences in the way monitors display colors may make the product that you receive slightly different in color than what is seen on our website.

Orders may take 2-3 weeks depending on work load. Trust us, it's worth the wait!! You can find cheaper holsters on the market but as the old saying goes.... you get what you pay for.... Lakeshore Leather holsters ARE the 'Good Stuff'!
